Ordered a filing cabinet which arrived promptly. My delivery address is difficult but there was no problem with delivery. I called the office and gave specific instructions which they followed well - believe me it does not always happen like that! I particularly liked the fact that the filing cabinet did not need to be put together - it was fully built, wheels and all. All I had to do was unbox it. Very happy with my purchase.
