I attended the Bayonne Bergen Point Festival this past weekend in Bayonne NJ and was very upset as well as many attendees. The animals were packed so tightly that they could barely move, and some visibly looked scared. This petting zoo did not feel appropriate for the festival due to the lack of care towards the animals. I would have more respect for this company if the animals had ample enough space to move freely, access to clean water and food, a quiet area where the animals could retreat if they didn’t want to be handled and if the animals have enough room to move around without stepping in there own feces. Standing in a tight pen for 6 hours must of been torture for these poor animals.

It appears as if they service all of New Jersey and even NYC. I inquired over a week ago about renting unicorns for my daughter's 4th birthday which is in the middle of the week. At the time they explained they would require a minimum of two ponies because of the distance. That was fine. This is literally the only thing my daughter wants for her birthday, so I was willing to pay extra to make it happen. They were supposed to get back to me with the date availability, but no one reached out. I called today hoping to secure the date and make a deposit, and now they decided that they don't travel past a certain distance. I'd recommend a site update that makes it clear what area they service, and consider just charging a premium for those who don't live near farms. That's kind of the point of offering a "magical" service.
