Mike was super helpful and took the time to explain how to work the gears on my bicycle and which pump to purchase. Every time I've stopped by, their customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend this place, i drive almost 40minutes to them, because of how good they are.

We are so happy with the bike! We bought a Precaliber 20" for my 7 year old daughter. It's incredible. But above that, we were so happy with the service received at our local store. Ryne provided excellent information and guidance for teaching my daughter how to ride. We followed his advice and she was literally riding on her own within 48 hours! She's obsessed with her new bike.
