What a great team you have at the downtown OKC location (Ryan, Chris, Evan and Ed). They are very professional, full of knowledge and very helpful! We take our bikes in once a year for the service special. We ride 12k miles a year with hardly ever any issues. If for any reason something goes wrong the turn around is fantastic. We are never without our bikes! They are always there to keep us rolling!

Their customer service is top-notch, they are genuinely interested in helping you find the right product for your needs. Without pressuring you to buy their products, but recommending other things even if they don't have them in stock at the time. For someone who can be difficult and unsure at times, they were able to work with me and go above and beyond to get me the accessories I was looking for even though they didn't have them in stock.

The OKC Trek store has one of the best customer service teams I've ever encountered! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. I recently filed a warranty claim for a defective product I had purchased. When I went to the store, I learned that the exact product was no longer available since it had been discontinued. Instead of replacing it with a style I wouldn't be happy with, they offered me a full refund. I chose to keep the product and accept the warranty's discontinuation, but the team's flexibility and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out to me. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!
