Every time I go into the store the store I am overly surprised by the level of quality and commitment to sales and service. I had an issue with my bike when I took it to get serviced from them and it turned out to be an honest mistake from the get go, however Ryne the manager personally reached out to me right away and not only took responsibility but went out of his way to fix the issue. I have never been more impressed with a leader and his team like they have at this location. From the quality and quantity of knowledge about biking to there genuine desire to treat me well. The quality of bikes and the best service not from just a bike shop but from any business I have ever received not only am I going to recommend it to family and friends but I will be a customer for life. I’m also going to go out of my way to write reviews on google and yelp so others can experience true service. Thank you for this level of dedication to your craft.
