I hadn’t owned a bike in over ten years. The customer service shown to me when I came in was great, the salesperson (I can’t remember her name, she was a blonde woman) was very helpful and understanding. The cherry on top was the thank you card I just received in the mail! I’m loving my new bike and will be using Trek for all my bike-related purchases moving forward.
