I hadn’t owned a bike in over ten years. The customer service shown to me when I came in was great, the salesperson (I can’t remember her name, she was a blonde woman) was very helpful and understanding. The cherry on top was the thank you card I just received in the mail! I’m loving my new bike and will be using Trek for all my bike-related purchases moving forward.

Zane was fantastic to work with. He helped my son find the right bike while helping other people at the same time. I really dug the vibe of the store and it makes me want to purchase other bikes there.

Hats off to Algonquin store service manager Miguel Torres Garcia. I stopped in on the fly today to have my brakes adjusted for an upcoming 20-mile ride. Miguel did the adjustment on the spot, patiently explained the finer points of bike brake systems and quick release wheels, expertly answered my many questions about Trek bikes in general and even gave my bike a quick once over to make sure everything was in working order. He was exemplary and I will definitely be taking my and my family's bikes there for servicing anytime they need it.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Just a few highlights that I had today.
I wanted to get my bike checked out prior to a triathlon I want to race. Even though the store was pretty busy with appointments, they managed to find time to take care of my bike in just a couple days. The store owner even drove out to my home to get it to me on time.
Super appreciative of the knowledge / kindness the store employees demonstrate, and their dedication to the people who walk through their doors.
I'll definitely be bringing my wife's bike by for the next tune up as well.

I bought a Trek FX3 from the Algonquin location. Zayne, the store manager, was extremely kind and helpful. He gave me all the details I needed and made sure I chose a wonderful bike. His service and the information he shared were excellent—I truly appreciate his help.
This was the first bike I’ve ever had
in my life (I’m 39 years old), and he made the experience easy and enjoyable. The bike itself is really great. This store is incredibly helpful and I highly recommend it!

OMG! Great service! Needed to my fix my old TREK shifting issues. After spending too many hours trying to do it myself, brought it in to this shop and was shocked how fast an inexpensive service was. Bike feels like new! Will be coming back soon!

recommend this shop and Zane to everyone I know. They provide excellent service and truly care about making the customer happy. Everyone provides excellent customer service. Talking to Kim about her Madone and riding. Getting setup with bib shorts with Vince. Having Miguel the lead mechanic going over my bike before the trek100. Zane telling me about trek100. It was an awesome experience and I am so thankful the shop told me about it. Truly is one of the high lights of my life. Thank you trek Algonquin

I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Zane for helping me purchase my first real quality bike. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was able to test drive all the bikes I was interested in. We narrowed it down the bike that would best fit me and he gave me his honest opinion. At the end, he surprised me with some gear for my bike which I am so thankful for. Zane deserves a raise! I will be coming back to this Trek store for the great and high quality customer service I was given. Thank you!
