We arrived right at opening. Staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the pizzas were fresh and still coming out of the oven! I requested a certain pizza and had it out in less than ten minutes. Great meal, no issues!

I ordered a BBQ pork pizza and after getting home saw that it was a BBQ chicken pizza. I called and talked to Josh who looked the order up and told me the order was for chicken instead of pork. I told him my order read BBQ pork. He texted me a copy of their order and I texted him a copy of my order and they both had different meats, how weird is that! He said they would remake the pizza. Josh followed up with me a few days later to see if I had been back and I told him that I was planning on going in the next couple of days. I went yesterday and explained the situation and they made a second pizza with BBQ pork and even upgraded it from a medium to a large! Needless to say I have kudos for the excellent customer service from Cici's Pizza. Josh and the young lady at the register! I will definitely be back!
