I haven't been to a cicis in years but wanted to give it a try. It wasn't horrible but it def wasn't great. The cheesy bread bite things were the best thing on the buffet. It was fairly busy when I went and somehow the pizza still didn't look very fresh during either of my trips up to the buffet.

When we walked in there was no one at the register to check us in ,we waited 10 minutes and didnt even get a sorry you had to wait so long ,what happened to good customer service ( yeah right ,that doesnt exsist here ) Alot of people come in from outside walk up to the food and takes from the buffet bars and eats it on their way back out the door,I have seen this more here than anywhere people stilling food in all of my life!!! The plates ,bowls and silverware was still dirty ,it was just nasty!!! This is a place where children are present everywhere and There was a young couple ,they were almost making out at the table and employees walking by like they don't even care ,there is way too many people soliciting here at this location who are not even paying customers ,they walking off the street like they paid and they go up to the bar to get food ,go set down and eat this food ,and again employees never say a word ,I'm wondering if corporate knows that employees are letting people do this? No wonder places are closing down in high point ,people are stilling all of these food places blind that's why they all ate closing they can't afford to keep these people up and stay in business because they aren't making any ,employees are stilling them blind !!!

The food was great, as always. It was fresh and rotating. Honestly, my only issue was the younger employee, who seemed to be talking on the phone while roaming and staring around the dining area. My toddler was with me, and happened to spill a drink. I overheard said employee talking about how much of a pain it was to mop ice. Which, I think, would make anyone uncomfortable, whether he was on the phone or simply talking to himself. Honestly, besides that uncomfortable person, everything was great. 6.5/10 because of the weirdo vibes.

Not sure what's going on in the kitchen, but they make my pizza wrong almost every single time I order. It won't even be close to what I ordered either... like there's an artist putting the toppings on based on how he's feeling. If Ryan is working, he'll make sure it's right, but if not... you're spinning the wheel & you get whatever they wa t on your pizza. The pizza is good, but just check & make sure they made it right before you leave the store.

Great deal, great atmosphere overall, clean, cashier at door very rude, did not greet, did not ask for my order, did not say thank you even after I paid, said nothing. Who does that? Bus boy took our drinks and silverware when we were getting seconds, it's a buffet. Could not give higher rating based on staff rudeness in general. But will return and hope for better treatment. Very clean including restrooms.

I usually sit down and eat but this time I got a medium pizza and 5 wings which were not worth $15. I would not suggest taking anything to go sit and eat where you can make sure your food is right
