The manager, Kevin Fryer, was very pleasant. He promptly refilled items that were out and made sure the buffet stayed well stocked during a Sunday dinner rush. Give this guy a raise!

We have used this Cici's for Youth Events many times. Taking 100 kids into your business is not easy but they have a great attitude about it and are super helpful! The service is great and they keep the pizzas hot and fresh!

When I went, there was a guy with locs who was very enthusiastic and made the whole experience of being at Cici's better! He was making sure the food was out hot and the customers were happy! It was really good to see because nowadays it's hard to find good customer service. He was definitely a manager. I also tried their new hot and spicy pizza and I give it 10/10. I don't usually go exotic when it comes to my pizza, but it was tasty to my taste buds, especially the pickles!

Super cool atmosphere. Super cool guys working. My guy Kevin, appreciate the manager. We’ve been eating here since the early 2000s the best of the best, despite the changes on the decor the good ole family values have and never will change! Thank you Cicis for being apart of our family!

I must share with you all. For the past 2 1/2 months, I've been treating myself, once or twice a week to Cicis pizza! The mgr is a guy named, Kevin flyers! Listen closely.. this guy is awesome! Whether the place is packed or has a medium crowd, it's extremely clean! The pizzas are coming out consistently hottt! You can hear this guy making announcements throughout your visit. And the pizza pie is always well made! Even the new introduction pizza( spicy chicken)! NICE...the salad bar is always full and clean... When you're getting service on that level, it's definitely the best BANG for your buck! Although I've been a regular for 28 years in Greensboro, the highpoint location has clearly taken a tremendous leap, in the correct direction of top notch. Whether you're with coworkers or family! They have truly perfected 5star service!
