The food wasn't as good as usual. The cheesy bread wasn't toasted very well. Like just warmed up bread. Spaghetti sauce to getting tooo watery. Not thick anymore. Must be trying to stretch it out too far. Noodles were drying out. Won't be back for a while. Need better quality food.

Although the pizza was fairly good.. I must share a major concern or lack there of of the cleanliness of the restroom! The floor was slippery, all three stalls were disgusting, and the smell made customers nauseated! I reported it to an employee but nothing was done. Will never return.

Where is that stuff on top that makes a pizza a pizza.
There was a small minute amount per slice.
Not very good, but for price if you needed to fill up for very little money you can at Cici's.
My stomach felt bad as the food was mostly crust, the salad bar looked ok, and I was told it was good.
The desert pizza was alright, not great but ok.
You can get free refills on drinks at least that was good for me.

Never had a bad trip until the last one.One manager tried to make it right .came back for one more trip and was displeased.felt like i was lied to by the other young manager.No big deal its a very good place I just hate being lied to so i want be coming back.30 min drive.Just upset with the last two visits.but overall and normally high rating.

They don't give you water cups if you don't want their soda. Pizza dough was soggy. Pizza on the bar that was ready was lame! Only had one item pizzas like cheese, pepperoni, spinach. Computer pads for ordering pizza were disgustingly dirty.

They are serving old food, I was there yesterday on Mothers Day and 1 hour after I got food poisoning. I was the only one from my family that ate the wings there and got food poisoning and ended up at the hospital do you know how bad it is for a diabetic vomiting and having diarrhea and there surgar gets out of control because of it. My daughter overheard the manager and employee arguing that the wings were old and they still served it. You have both employee arguing about the food in front of customers. I would not recommend this cicis in this location

I just left there and ate now I'm sick to my stomach I couldn't eat much I ate like 2 pieces and a salad now I'm throwing up everywhere and sweatin I won't be back

It was honestly awful. There was four of us, but two of us weren’t eating. So it was a 3 year old an adult buffet. The mother of the three year old ordered a personal for him because obviously he couldn’t himself while we were looking for seats. When we came back up there the greeter was clearly confused so we explain the situation and then he tells us that the personal pizza the mother ordered wouldn’t be done because she didn’t have a buffet and we explained it for him again that while she’s not eating she order for her son and he said that can’t do that. Then we asked for it to be put under the adult who was eating then and he said they couldn’t do that because of the mother, which made no sense. Then we just said okay and that adult that did have a buffet order a personal for themselves and he did it. We waited over half an hour for it and we asked the manager that was out at the moment about it and he told us it was canceled because the mother kept going to the bar. We explained that she was getting food for the three year old and soup for the one year old, which they knew because multiple employees were watching her. We explained the situation once again and I offered to give him our receipt. He said it was fine but then acted very weird and honestly rude while taking the order, when it was finally ready we asked for them to put it in their small box because we needed to leave (they made us late). He told us they couldn’t do that. Which isn’t true, when ever they mess up and it’s genuinely their fault and the people have to leave they put there personal in a box. I should have just gotten a refund because the personal was the only thing they could eat there.

I used to eat here quite often but this place is not the same my last visit I ordered 10 wings I only got 7 and the sauce was wrong check your food before you leave.

Everytime I come to this location with my family when it’s exactly an hour before closing the staff puts the cold air on very high freezing temperatures. They bring out much less food and can be rude when you ask for certain dishes. The staff also come around to your tables picking up empty plates. It’s like they are rushing you out. This happens every time I’m in the restaurant an hour or so before closing. I will never come back to this location with my family again

Went on my break from foodlion and got there and had to pay 21 dollars and only got to eat one pizza that I personally ordered and when asked to make new items for myself and other people they were “ closing”. I really would love a refund of my money or an equal to better experience. Manager not knowledge good bad customer service even if he believed he was doing the corrext thing.

Terrible arrived at 1130. No food available .
The help was making box's and to go orders.
About 15 in line for no pizza choices, no soup, no noodles. No one talking to customers or apologizing.
