Great atmosphere and nice staff but pizza like this would never please anyone within a 100 mile radius of NY. My rating is based solely on the food.

This is to bring to your notice that we are extremely disappointed with the service received when we had gone to dine at your restaurant on June 29th 2018. I ordered a all veggie pizza and was told by one of your employees taking orders that you do not prepare only veggie, I then spoke to the manager and he was to prepare the veggie pizza for 15 instead I received a personal size pizza, how do you expect me to share that with everyone at my table?

Did not feel welcomed. The ice machine did not work at 1st. Then the one drunk I picked out was out, and nothing came out but carbonated water. The special pizza I ordered was full of grease. Did not taste good at all.

Terrible experience, found a carrot bitten into, manager is terrible listener, and extremely unsanitary, when pouring a drink, pieces of pizza came out and into the drink.

My family and I have gone to this Cici's many times but after my past experience; we will never return. I took my 2 kids out to eat and wanted something that was cheap but also filling. When we entered, we were not greeted at all; even though the store owner, David, was at the cash register taking money from the family in front of us. However, while waiting in line a Caucasian family comes in behind us and he immediately greets them. He finished with the family in front of us and as I stepped up to the register he quickly turns and goes toward the back of the store, my assumption was that maybe he had to get something for the people in front of us. He came back 2 seconds later, with nothing in his hands, and refused to step up to the register to serve us. I was infuriated!!! I have never been so mistreated in my entire life. Not wanting to make a scene in front of my kids, we left. I went back to confront the store owner but only was able to speak with the store manager. He apologized but that does not erase the fact that my family and I were discriminated against. I won't be returning. I can take my money elsewhere.
