While on a bicycle touring trip across Japan, I came here on 11/10/2024, after having visited several bicycle shops. My Magura hydraulic rim brakes had lost braking fluid, and I didn't feel comfortable cycling much further without having functional brakes. While not a dealer of Magura products, the guys working at this shop went out of their way to help me continue my trip in a safe manner. I got lucky that the mechanic had a bottle of Magura brake fluid in the back, and wasn't fazed at all by rim brakes (still popular in some parts of Europe). As they had plenty of work to do, I had no right to expect anything, but I was offered to wait a few hours until the end of the day, when the mechanic could help me out. I was even provided with tea service while waiting! I am tremendously grateful for this wonderful service! Both guys working here were amazing, and went above and beyond the expectations I had. I could feel they really have a love for cycling, and cyclists. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road again safely! (I'm still cycling around Japan, and braking safely.) You guys rock!
