Vivir Islandia en camper fue increíble y todo un acierto. Te lo recomiendo 100% si lo que quieres es visitar varios puntos del país sin tener la preocupación de las distancias y estado de las carreteras para volver a tu alojamiento. Tienes muchísimos campings a lo largo de Islandia y podrás elegir/decidir dónde quedarte sobre la marcha. Las personas que están detrás de Camp Easy son super atentas y agradables. Nos hemos sentido acompañados en todo momento y nos han resuelto todas las cuestiones que hemos necesitado. Os dejo una foto, cada noche veíamos auroras desde la camper✨

Nous avons loué un van avec Campervan Iceland et l’expérience a été exceptionnelle de A à Z. Je n’ai littéralement rien de négatif à redire.
Dès la prise en charge, tout nous a été expliqué de manière claire et précise. Avant même le départ, j’ai été impressionné par la réactivité du service client : j’avais des réponses à mes mails en 15 à 30 minutes, même tard en soirée.
Le van était super pratique, entièrement équipé et il ne manquait rien. La tablette fournie était très utile, et le Wi-Fi offert un vrai plus. Le véhicule était propre, moderne et en excellent état. Nous avons fait le tour complet de l’Islande sans rencontrer le moindre problème.
Le service client est vraiment au top. Nous avions un vol très tôt le matin et devions rendre le van en dehors des heures d’ouverture. L’équipe nous a proposé une solution et nous a même fourni les coordonnées de taxis pour nous déposer à l’aéroport.
Un autre point positif : nous recevions régulièrement des e-mails pour nous informer des routes fermées, ce qui témoigne d’un vrai souci de sécurité.
Honnêtement, c’est l’une des meilleures expériences de location que j’ai vécues. Je mets 5 étoiles, si ce n’est plus !

This was my first time in Iceland, and I am so glad I used CampEasy. The rental process was swift, and I was on the road in no time. I used the Tesla Model Y 4x4, and it was super comfortable and modern! Huge thanks to Flore for helping me with the checkin/out process. I will definitely be using CampEasy again and recommending it to my friends and family!!

Sergio Pita la experiencia ha sido muy buena, pongo 4 porque creo que el check in es demasiado lento, nosotros tardamos unas dos horas, el resto la verdad que fue perfecto, la furgoneta estaba bastante bien y nos dieron dos camping gas (uno de ellos estaba medio gastado) y estropajo y jabón. La furgoneta funcionaba bastante bien y la calefacción. Iba perfecta.

J'ai passé un voyage juste incroyable
L'agence est bienveillante et nous a bien expliqué ce que nous devions savoir, les assurances a prendre en compte, les infos meteo, ... En plus c'est la location la moins chère que j'ai pu trouver en Islande.

Nous avons loué le camper Easy VW Caddy 4x4 pendant 8 jours et l'expérience a été parfaite ! L'aménagement, simple mais ergonomique, était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait.
Le véhicule est très facile à conduire, consomme peu, et le chauffage (indispensable à cette saison !) a été un vrai atout sans trop consommer non plus.
Un immense merci à Natalia, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long du voyage avec des conseils précieux et un drop-off impeccable.
Un grand merci aussi à la personne en charge de la navette qui nous a récupéré à l'aéroport à notre arrivée et nous a déposé à notre guest house au retour.
Merci aussi à toute l'équipe de CampEasy, réactive et bienveillante ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Not expensive, very organized. They have a big room open 24/7 with a coffee machine and some teas, they let us sleep in the parking lot the first night due to red warning weather. The van was impeccable and if you think you will be cold in the winter night you won’t, the webasto heating was superb. There is a shuttle from and to the airport and the check-out was quick thanks to Dawid. Hope to see you again

C’était un voyage formidable , le van était parfait on a jamais eu aucun problème , le chauffage marchait tellement bien qu’on devait dormir sans tellement on avait chaud ! Je vous recommande d’y aller les yeux fermés. Flore et Natalia se sont occupés de nous comme des rois !

I highly recommend Camp Easy for visiting Iceland. The Easy Ranger 4x4 is a very good vehicule made for the harsh weather of Iceland. I had no issues with the vehicule, I quite like this vehicule a lot actually! :) Thanks to the CampEasy folks and Milan for the good experience returning the vehicule at the end.

Renting a van from CampEasy for our trip to Iceland was an excellent decision. We chose the Easy Viking 4×4, which offered a smooth driving experience and comfortably accommodated our group of six. The van was well-equipped with utensils and travel guides, providing everything we needed for the journey. CampEasy's self-service pick-up and drop-off system made the rental process exceptionally efficient, offering one of the most seamless check-in and check-out experiences I have encountered. The absolute best way to see Iceland!
Their customer service was splendid, from the moment of booking to the shuttle from airport and communication through the journey.
The van itself (Easy Clever 4x4) was awesome, such a smooth drive through ALL the elements, and perfectly equipped for the winter cold. It was worth every cent.
I'll also mention if you happen to be >>Female solo traveler in Feb and usually drive on the other side of the road

We had a great time exploring Iceland with our Camp Easy van. The van was super cosy with the heater, even when the temperature outside was well below 0°C. Dawid was super helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed before we set off. Including how to check road conditions and advice on winter driving. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends and can't wait to come back!

I booked the fun auto for an epic 10 day solo road trip through winter Iceland. The van I booked sleeps 3 people. The van had no problem fighting the Icelandic elements at all. The heater worked perfectly and I was never cold. I have found that it was super comfortable space-wise for a road trip like I did. The van was in great condition. Utensils, bedding and everything else was super clean. They provided me with everything I could need. Flore helped me check in and explained everything perfectly on my day of arrival. She was super thorough with het explanation and made sure I had zero questions left. When it came to handing the van in, Flore was there again to help me through the proces. Will definitely book with camp easy again!

BIG RECOMMENDATION! We rented a camper van from Camp Easy for 1 full week with maximum insurance. The camper van was clean, comfortable and functional with a lot of items included at a very attractive price.
Sadly, due to bad weather conditions our camper van got stuck in the snow and blocked the highway 1 (ring road). Camp Easy Roadside Assistance insurance covered the additional expenses for getting us out of this dangerous situation (more than 1000 EUR). We appreciate their help and for thinking with us how to get out of danger.
They are very easy to contact through the Camp Easy tablet chat functions and instructions are very clear.

Expérience incroyable Le van clever 4x4 était super confortable, bien équipé. Grâce à l’équipe Campeasy nous avons passé 1 semaine incroyable en Islande.
N’hésité pas du tout à aller chez eux. Ils sont super réactif à la moindre question, au moindre soucis rencontré pendant notre séjour, ils répondent très vite.

My two friends and I rented a camper from Campeasy for 8 days in Iceland. We had an overall amazing experience with our camper during our winter visit. The van had everything we needed, heated up really quickly, and was easy to drive. The tablet was an asset as it provided us with extra information and easy communication with Campeasy if we had any issues or questions about our van. Dawid provided us with a very positive experience both at the beginning and end of our trip. He gave us all necessary information, answered our questions and as a bonus, gave us some good laughs. Would highly recommend Campeasy to anyone looking to rent a camper in Iceland!

Friendly stuff, good service, advantage of convenience:
Me and my friend booked an Easy Viking 4×4 and a Easy Clever 4×4 for one week in January this year.
Convenience: with many camp sites being closed out of season, we had difficulties sometimes finding a place to stay. The parking of CampEasy being opened for us during the stay was a great convenience as we stayed there every time we were close to the capital city.
We travel around the south part of Iceland (all to way to Viking Village), an average of 200km per day. The cars were reliable, never having an issue with them. The heat system worked (I do not recommend setting it to full as it will be too hot & dry at night).
There is a tablet in the car that also serves as a chat agent with CampEasy. We had few questions and they were quick to answer. Also at the end they reimbursed us (as written in the contract) for the gas lamp we did not used.

Our first time in March 2024 I believe we hired the Easy Fun X, and we had a great time. This van is good but it becomes less easy and fun if you or your travel partner are tall I am 5ft7 and my boyfriend is 6ft3.
So we knew for our next Iceland trip, we would need something bigger. We have just returned from a magical January trip. This time we decided to treat ourselves to the Easy Luxury 4x4 and what a fantastic decision this was. This van is huge! My boyfriend was able to stand up fairly comfortably in the back, only bending a few inches. It is also possible to leave the bed set out while using the sink/gas hob area which we couldn’t do in the Easy Fun. The interior is more modern looking than the Easy Fun. It has 2 fridges, lots of storage space, a huge sofa/bed space and basically everything you could want from a home on wheels. Having features such as a heated steering wheel and a TV definitely give this van a luxury feel.
When you tell people you are travelling in Iceland in a camper van especially during winter, their first question is: won’t you be cold?! The answer is absolutely not. The Webasto heating system in these vans is superb! It warms up quickly and keeps you warm all night. We made use of the ladder and reinforced roof rack/grill to watch the northern lights. The 4x4 function was quite literally a life saver when navigating a mountain pass in a blizzard. Though the van is high sided making it more susceptible to wind, it feels very heavy/sturdy and has a function that will alert you if it’s tipping (thankfully we did not experience this!).
Overall felt very safe and comfortable in this van and had an unforgettable Iceland adventure
Notes: CampEasy refunded us for the navigation system as they are in the process of finding a new service provider so it wasn’t working and we had to use maps on our phones.
Upon returning the van, we informed them that we had been unable to use the TV and had reported this via the chat function on the tablet. They gave us a partial refund with no questions asked.
Thank you so much CampEasy for great service once again. I recommend this company to anyone who is considering or planning their Iceland trip ☺️

We toured Iceland for 14 days using CampEasy in June of 2021. The trip was amazing and in no small part do to Camp Easy. Just the ability to only unpack once for the whole two weeks was outstanding along with no checkout time to worry. Iceland has to be experienced.
