Esperienza unica e questo è stato possibile con l'aiuto di campeasy ma ancor di più con l'aiuto che ci hanno dato i loro ragazzi super preparati e super gentili. Un ringraziamento speciale va in primis ad Edoardo il quale è stato fondamentale per noi ma non meno importanti anche Joachin e Maxime.

The camper was incredibly comfortable, making my road trip a breeze. The rental process was seamless from pickup to dropoff, and the support staff was just a few clicks away, responding promptly to any inquiries. Highly recommended!

Was expecting a great experience before arriving as booking system and communication leading up to arrival were superb. Pick up from our guest house and the handing over of the vehicle was just as good. Every thing was explained precisely and clearly. We had chosen the 4x4 VW transporter. It was well equipped and maintained, the tyres were excellent and handled both snow and ice perfectly. I had complete confidence whilst driving. The heater kept us warm and cosy even when it was -14c outside with 70km/h winds. The bed and bedding was of high quality, lovely Norwegian quilts. Whilst travelling I checked out some of the competitor’s vehicles and Cozy was the best, I cannot recommend them enough. Keep it up boys and girls

Great company, the whole process was easy. The camper van was not even a month old, very comfortable we got to see so much of Iceland, definitely recommended the south coast. Maxime and Florehtiha make the check in and out process very quick and easy.

Awesome rental services, had an amazing experience. From the point of getting information for booking car to dropping the rental was very smooth, they took care of everything. They are always available on website chats and response is within minutes. They patiently explained everything over the chats which made renting very stress-free. When I arrived, Edoardo picked us up. He was managing my rental process. Super sweet and helpful person, explained the workings of the car driving rules and parking rules very thoroughly and made the process very quick, I was on road within an hour.
The drive of Iceland plus the driving experience of Tesla was out of the world experience. The car was very good and well maintained, no issues came. I had rented Tesla for 9 days which went by like a breeze. Sleeping in the car was also simple, one suggestion travel light.
Kudos camp easy for the wonderful service, keep up the good work and Eduardo for making the process so simple and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Können Camp easy sehr empfehlen, shuttle service hat trotz Flugverspätung einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Erklärung zu allen Dingen die man beachten muss (Wetter und Windverhältnisse zb) war sehr informativ. Der Bus (VW Bus für 3 Personen) war wirklich geräumig- für 2 Personen perfekt, 3 stelle ich mir sehr kuschelig vor :) die Heizung hat den Bus wirklich in kürzester Zeit aufgeheizt uns war trotz Reise im Februar nie kalt in der Nacht, im Gegenteil wir mussten die Heizung sogar zurück drehen. Eine Klare 5 Punkte Bewertung. Sollten wir wieder kommen, dann ganz sicher mit Camp easy!

Not a paid review. But we wanted to show our appreciation for what we experienced in Iceland.
We rented a VW transporter automatic in February for a week.
Service: We were given one of the new transporters they've recently acquired and they thought about everything to make life in a campervan easy.
Powered sink:
Water tank on the side which you can refill at campsites and some car parks)
Mini fridge:
Which didn't smell and kept all of cold foods at the perfect temperature. You can set the temperature etc
Burner holder:
For cooking safely inside. There was also a fire extinguisher hooked safely on the side.
Table:
For those times it's too windy although we didn't really need it much. There was loads of space for 2 people.
Storage:
Cabinets where they provide pots, pans, cutlery, knife, tongs, cooking utensils, mugs, plates and bowls. Everything was clean.
Then there was storage for your bits and pieces. Hanging hooks. Netted pockets around the van.
Power:
You have 2 usb charging points right at the back of the van. Where you can charge your phone overnight. You can pay extra for a power inverter so those high energy devices. We got one in case as we had our laptop.
At the front there are multiple places for you to charge with usb as well.
HEATING!!!:
Do not underestimate the van. You will be sweating. Our coldest temperatures reached -15c and the van kept us warm. Most nights we had to switch the heating off or keep it at very low.
Experience:
It was perfect. Trustworthy. Dealt with the ice and snow on roads perfectly well. We could probably do even 2-3 weeks in this campervan. We stayed in some amazing locations. Watched sunsets, sunrises and northern lights all thanks to the van. It kept us soo warm through out it all. It made our trip possible.
Service by CampEasy Staff:
We were picked up by a shuttle. Make sure you just call them. They can take 30 minutes to get to you.
Once at the office, a staff member goes through the options with you and advice. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. You need to be on guard against the weather and environment of Iceland - it wants to kill you.
We opted in for extra insurance (highly recommended - you don't know what terrain you'll face in your adventure). As we went in winter we bought some ice crampons from camp easy and they were so good. Allowed us to access and go to so many places with confidence.
Returning the van you need to come back and finish the handover process by 4pm to receive the free shuttle service back to the airport.
They have a friendly place where campers can leave their good for someone about to start their trip.
You can also camp at CampEasy if you want to stay near Reykjavik.
The tablet they provide is really great but we recommend having Google maps on the side.
The pictures are posted are special moments of the trip that really wouldn't have been possible without the van.

Very good experience, easy booking, very helpful team and the car was fully equipped with everything we needed. We have received quick reply from Nicole (who has an aurora remote controller which worked at our first night :)) and nice services from Maxime and Joachim.

Wir haben über einen Drittanbieter gebucht und sind im Nachhinein sehr froh, dass wir an CampEasy vermittelt wurden. Der Camper war sehr neu, hatte bei der Übernahme nur um die 15.000 Kilometer auf dem Tacho. Die Übernahme verlief sehr schnell und problemlos, Florentina holte uns nicht einmal zehn Minuten nach dem Anruf ab. Die Möglichkeiten von Upgrades wurden gut erklärt, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Wir entschieden uns dafür, es bei der kostenlosen CDW Versicherung zu belassen und dies wurde ohne Probleme akzeptiert.
Während der Fahrt haben wir leider unfreiwillig mehrere kleine Steinschläge/Kratzer in der Windschutzscheibe gesammelt (andere sammeln Pokemon…), also befürchteten wir bereits das Schlimmste für die Rückgabe…
Der Innenraum des Campers war sowohl geräumig als auch irgendwie eng, jedoch haben wir nach ein paar Tagen gute Strategien entwickelt um mit dem limitierten Platz klarzukommen. Die Heizung war mehr als ausreichend und lief bei uns trotz Winter stets auf der geringsten Stufe.
Wir waren außerdem sehr überrascht, wozu diese Camper alles in der Lage sind, vor allem bei eisigen Verhältnissen auf der Straße.
Die Rückgabe verlief entgegen aller Befürchtungen komplett reibungslos, Maxime hat uns schnell empfangen, obwohl wir über eine Stunde vor dem abgemachten Termin ankamen. Über die kleinen Kratzer in der Scheibe wurde komplett hinweggesehen, diese sind anscheinend sehr häufig in Island.
Danke auch an Joachim, der ein internes Problem lösen konnte, durch das wir fast ohne Camper dagestanden wären.
Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für CampEasy entscheiden und planen bereits den nächsten Trip :D

Auch von mir gibt es 5-Sterne für den Service, Equipment und Betreuung.
Ich war 6 Tage in Island. Angekommen und nach einem Anruf kam auch bereits das Shuttle mich abzuholen. Wo abgeholt wird, wurde mir bereits im Vorfeld über die Email bzw. deren Internetseite mit Bild gezeigt. Alles total easy.
Begrüßt wurde ich von Florentina und mir wurde alles erklärt, da ich zum ersten mal in Island war. Mir wurde auch ein Tablet für eine direkt Kommunikation, aber auch für Tips mitgegeben.
Der Van, Caddy VW (Version small), war für mich als Einzelperson perfekt. Für 2 Leute mit Koffern wird es schon eng. Die Standheizung habe ich geliebt und hat tatsächlich sehr gut funktioniert. Gas fürs aufwärmen war vorhanden, sowie Teller, Besteck und 2 Handtücher. Auch Bettwäsche war natürlich dabei.
Also, nochmals ein großen Dank an Joachim, Florentina und Maxime!
Den Anbieter kann ich nur empfehlen! Gebucht habe ich jedoch alles über campstar.

Nous avons passé 7 jours en Islande avec CampEasy, nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires d'ouvertures de l'agence donc nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l'agence. Le retrait du van en libre service est vraiment simple et très bien expliqué, de plus vous pouvez emporter avec vous ce que les autres voyageurs ont laissés, et même faire une petite pause café. De même pour le retour, tout est cadré et une navette vous dépose à l'aéroport. Le van est top, la tablette très pratique ! Campeasy répond très vite et l'équipe est super sympa, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, je conseille fortement, et je reprendrai la même agence la prochaine fois !

Spent 15 days in Iceland, and so glad we went with CampEasy! Joachim was very helpful and informative. He took the time to show us the websites for road conditions and weather, discussed all the features of the camper van and the tablet they provided. CampEasy also was quick to respond when we contacted them with a few questions during our trip. Our campervan was exactly what we’d hope for, it was very warm in the nights which was great because I get cold very fast! The added WiFi feature was also a life saver! We had very great signal everywhere we went and we did the whole ring road!! The return process was also very easy and quick! Thank you Joachim and Maxime! We will definitely go with CampEasy in our next trip!!

The staff who welcomed us was very clear, helpful, and spoke Italian, allowing us to feel comfortable right away. The camper was new, clean, and perfect, just as described. During our stay, we encountered an issue with one parking payment, and by seeking advice through chat, we received prompt responses. Upon return, we were due a refund for an unused gas cylinder. A minor banking inconvenience unrelated to CampEasy hindered the process, but even then, the staff professionally exerted effort to find a solution. The next day, they resolved everything and communicated it to us via email. We are truly satisfied with CampEasy and its staff, particularly Edoardo and Joachin, who welcomed and supported us.
