The staff at Trek Arlington Ballston are outstanding! Amir and Cameron were fantastic to work with. They found the exact bike I was looking for, had it shipped and assembled it just in time for my nephew’s birthday. Would 100% recommend this location!

I know absolutely nothing about bikes, and today was the first time I had ever walked into a bike shop. I never learned how to ride a bike and the store manager Cameron was profoundly kind and took time out of his day to teach me. I had serious success within 2 hours of coaching. (I fell over twice at the end because I got tired.) Thank you, Cameron! I'll practice what you taught me and buy a bike from you guys soon!

I recently visited for a tune-up and help with the installation of an internally routed dropper post and a few other parts. The service team were super helpful and competent. They also warmly welcomed my toddler, giving him stickers and toys that kept him engaged even after we got home!

Best bike servicing shop in town. Not only are they professional, knowledgeable, and courteous they were also extremely kind. They saw me struggling to bring in two kids bikes and went all the way out to the garage to help me, they serviced the bikes quickly and effectively, and they helped me load them back up in my car. I am particularly grateful to Emir for his help and support. I highly recommend this place for top knotch service!
