I’m always impressed by trek bike quality and my first time in a Trek store was also a very pleasant experience. We went into get a bike for my husbands upcoming triathalon. Noel was patient and knowledgeable as we picked the perfect bike for him. He listened to our needs and budget to provide two different options. We fell in love with both for differently reasons (I needed a more upright bike for my bad back), and Cameron, the manager, was awesome in helping us get a great deal on all of the additional gear we bought. They never pushed for a bike that we didn’t meet our needs. Finally, Alex provided an excellent tune up on our bikes to get the road ready. We’ve loved biking around the DC area together now (not big bikers previously!) and we wouldnt have been able to do it without all of their help. They are also friendly when you return with questions, a quick bike check, or wanting more gear. Can’t recommend this store and crew enough!
