Parmer location - Helpful, friendly, honest - they’ll discourage work I suggest, and down sell items that cost more and are less reliable because I don’t need high levels of performance. They explain their thinking and let me decide what I want. They’ll toss in the extra at no charge on occasion. I feel like they want my business long term, keeping things smooth for me today. I feel respected and valued. These guys are awesome.

Outstanding Experience at Trek Bicycle – Lamar Location
Had a fantastic experience at the Trek Bicycle store on Lamar in Austin, TX. My step-son had an issue with his bike, and the associate who helped us was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and handled the situation with care. They honored the warranty without any hassle, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. It's rare these days to see that level of customer service — truly appreciated. Highly recommend this location!

I was serviced with a level 1 service for a bicycle i bought at a thrift shop and i was given the VIP treatment with my bike leaving clean as if it was brand new. They went above and beyond to see that no bike is left behind, and I'm more then happy with the service my bike received. Thank you. They will give you the VIP treatment also so just take your bike in so you can start riding.
