I am 14 years old and had been wanting to get my ears pinned (pinnaplasty surgery) for a long time after dealing with bullying and generally feeling uncomfortable with myself. I had my first consultation with Mr Wilson in June 2020 and straight away I was made to feel at ease, hopeful and I had all my trust in Mr Wilson that I was in the best hands. From that point onwards, Mr Wilson and his team gave us regular updates on my surgery in regards to the process, aftercare and covid safety measures. I had my surgery in the middle of a pandemic and covid did postpone my surgery once but I never felt worried as I knew Mr Wilson would get my surgery done as soon as he could and I would be safe due to the measures that were in place. I had my pinnaplasty surgery in December 2020. Beforehand and on the day Mr Wilson made it clear how the surgery process was going to happen and what I should expect after in terms of effects of the surgery and healing process. I have now seen my ears after the surgery and could not be happier with the outcome. Mr Wilson has done an amazing job and I will forever be grateful. This was my first ever surgery and at 14 years old this was a very big deal; he always made me feel calm and is a caring, genuine man. Would highly recommend.

After much research and several disappointments, My daughter was recommended to have a consultation with Mr Wilson. I accompanied her to the first one and subsequent operation. Because of her existing medical conditions, (Lipodystrophy) a breast enhancement was not straightforward. From the moment we saw Mr Wilson we felt at ease. He understood the medical issues (and had obviously done some research). He was reassuring and knowledgeable throughout. A couple of consultations led to the operation which was a total success. My daughter is over the moon with the results. From a starting point of very little, Mr Wilson has been able to make her look much more feminine. The size and shape which he recommended are perfect for her body and enabled her to wear a much wider range of clothing with full confidence. Her self-confidence has soared and she has blossomed since the procedure. Both she and I have nothing but praise for Mr Wilson. He may not always get feedback from clients – some of whom probably need his help a little less than she did. However, I did want him to get this feedback and to know that his skills,and lovely caring and reassuring manner have made so much of a difference. Every question was answered fully and comfortably even the slightly more difficult ones we asked. The offer of an extra consultation in the future at any time without cost should she feel the need is a final bonus. We fully recommend Mr Sherif Wilson without question.
