Everyone is very welcoming and helpful and dare I even say caring which is not something that you get very often anymore. First of all I have dentaphobia which is fear of periodontal offices in my case. As of today that has/is changing because of my experience at Dr Eddy's office.
It starts at front desk with Donna, Ashley and the others who I don't have names for. They are all so welcoming,friendly and amazing people. It was very impressive to observe patients coming in as I waited to be called in from waiting room.
Yen the hygienist who took care of me put my body and mind at ease from the very beginning.She had a very compassionate personality in addition to knowledge and teaching about caring for teeth.
I'm so thankful and grateful for such a good experience that I haven't experienced l Iike this before.
