I’m bike trekking through Italy and had only one day when I could get to Firenze and the store would be open to service my bike that needed some much needed care. I called the day before and the staff had no problem accommodating my last minute request for help. The next morning I arrived at the shop with staff remembering my call. They performed exceptional service and had my bike ready to go that afternoon. They also arranged for a taxi to my hotel. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had at a bike store.
