I went in for the first service (free of charge) on my Trek Dual Sport 3 Equipped Gen 5. It's a year old. Davide, who sold me the bike, greeted me by name (even though I haven't been there in a year) and Leonardo took care of the service while I had a coffee. They also washed the bike. The perfect bike for me, a great store and impeccable service.

Ci sono capitato per caso e ho comprato la mia prima MTB. Personale cordiale, preparato e disponibile, sono stati ultra disponibili anche quando mi hanno risistemato la bici tirata fuori dal garage dopo l'alluvione del 2 novembre (la mia piccolina aveva solo 3 mesi) . Gran bel negozio, ordinato e pulito e con varie opzioni di acquisto…. Lo consiglio a tutti anche a chi si sta avvicinando da poco, come me, al mondo delle due ruote

Leonardo and the team at Trek Florence are without doubt the best bike shop angels I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've cycled all over the world and after a medical situation made us cut short our Munich to Rome trip we were stranded in Tuscany and had to quickly arrange flights and the bikes. We had a train to get to Florence and a flight the next day back to London. It seemed impossible but Leonardo was absolutely amazing. He stayed open to get the bikes in and started work the next day early so we could get them ready for the flight and he even booked us a huge van as there was three of us. We cannot say thank you enough. He is and the lads there were absolutely amazing people. Best bike shop in the world

We rented two gravel bikes for one week to ride from Florence to Rome (335km). The bikes were amazing and so was the service! We got a helmet, locks, water bottles, repair kit and a multi-tool. Everything worked out perfectly. The store looks brand new. Highly recommended !!
