I’m bike trekking through Italy and had only one day when I could get to Firenze and the store would be open to service my bike that needed some much needed care. I called the day before and the staff had no problem accommodating my last minute request for help. The next morning I arrived at the shop with staff remembering my call. They performed exceptional service and had my bike ready to go that afternoon. They also arranged for a taxi to my hotel. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had at a bike store.

I've had the best possible experience with Trek Firenze! The store itself is awesome, and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! My Italian is very basic, so I was pleased it was perfectly fine to discuss and sort out everything in English. I just had my Rail 7 serviced at Trek Firenze, and it was an excellent experience. Mi sono recato in questo shop alla ricerca di una e-bike, ottima accoglienza, personale molto disponibile sia per le spiegazioni che per la pazienza alle mie domande, show-room davvero completo. Posso solo consigliare il punto vendita Trek e il suo staff. Per quanto riguarda la location il negozio è nella vecchia Manifattura tabacchi in zona cascine, un ambiente rinnovato e in via di ristrutturazione complessiva che sicurante lo renderà molto interessante per il pubblico.
