A great experience top to bottom, on what was a fairly complex project in an old house with quite an intricate, very non-standard space to work with. Excellent quality design and installation, very transparent and straightforward, plus real attention to detail -nothing was too much trouble. Finally, special mention to Daniel for being excellent to deal with throughout. Highly recommended!

We had decided to update our kitchen as it was looking rather sorry for itself and seemed to be suck back in the 80's. We ordered from the Dawson Graphite kitchen range which looks stunning and are built solidly which as you can imagine was a great improvement on our old dated units.

If I gonna do another kitchen - only Kitchenwarehouse, search no more. Although they have a very clear online order system, I would recommend contact them via email. My contact was Daniel who created an order based on my kitchen design (I send him a drawing in MS Word). This included two customised cabinets - perfectly to the size I needed. I was able to discuss all details - from the colour of cabinet structures (I love how the dark oak structure goes with my kombu green doors) to having extra edging for end panel trims. Unfortunately, there was a production delay by one week, and overall the automatic notifications of the delivery schedule are not perfect, but there are also people on the other side of the email, and I highly recommend speaking to them. I would recommend ordering a sample door to check how it goes with the worktop (sample) of your choice, which you have to order elsewhere. I don't see it as a disadvantage because there is a great selection of worktop providers online, and it is well worth ordering a couple of samples to check how they go with the doors. I ended with a solid sapele worktop, and a marble-look splashback, a combination hardly achievable from a single provider, and I'm totally delighted. Many many thanks to Daniel, to the whole Kitchenwarehouse team, and not the least to my skilled builders!

An amazingly easy process to get the kitchen we wanted at the right price, and all done with a smile!
I fitted it myself, as I am a kitchen fitter by trade. I had not fitted one from these guys before.
I was somewhat surprised by the excellent quality of all the components, and I love the fact the carcass’s are colour coded to the doors, (a nice touch as most are either white or oak coloured).
All the doors/ drawers are 22mm as opposed to the standard 18, which makes it feel a lot more expensive than it was.
All in all I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a new kitchen.
