See MoreIn today's unpleasant world,it is hard to believe that there are still people so nice ,kind and helpful like those at MD West One urgent care at 192 and Dodge st.When I arrived today for my toe problem,everybody was so nice,kind and carring as I was the only person in the clinic.From sweet lady at the front desk to Dr.Charlie,2 guys in the shop where I purchased post surgery foot protective shoe,they all were so amazing and helpful that I almost did not regret that I injured my toeThank you all in the Clinic for taking so good care of me I will try to not injure myself again,but if I do,I do not care,I will see those amazing people again.

Doctor Erik Otterberg is professional and down to earth and easy to talk to. My wife and I feel comfortable with my decision to use MD West One as my medical facilitator for my hip surgery.

The staff in X-ray were also very friendly and compassionate re: the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Jana and his nurse, Jenn, were welcoming, encouraging and provided a lot of great education on knee replacement surgery. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Great new facility and staff (Tianna and Stef) and the specific Neuro PA, Charles Pugsley, I had that addressed my neurology issue was friendly and I could tell truly cared to help me beyond the standard treatment.
