I had an exceptional experience last Thursday at the Silverdale Trek store. I went in for my free maintenance (within first year of purchase) and I left with a spotless, well-tuned bike (and no up-charges). However, there was more to the visit. Adrian, mechanic/bike educator extraordinaire, answered all of my questions - patiently, kindly, respectfully, and non-technically - so that I can stay safe on the trail and keep my bike in good shape. The other associates are similarly friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. I highly recommend this shop; they exceeded my expectations by a long shot.

Love the service at my local Trek in Silverdale! Other bicycle shops tend to feel rushed or hurried, but instead it is personable and relaxed at the Trek shop.
The installation of my new bike carrier was detailed and seamless.

I needed a very overdue tuneup on my ebike. Adain was very informative on what needed to be done and carefully listened to my concerns and experiences with the bike. He was very accurate with the turn around time and was great with follow through service and delivery. Fair prices, the ballpark I expected to pay for average service and this was better than what we've come to expect these days!
