Reserved a bike on-line (great little feature by the way) and Adrian had it ready for me when I arrived.
He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and did the basic MTB shock set-up things for me without being prompted or asked. That is the FIRST time that's happened for me, and I've been riding for 30 years now. Asked me the right questions to see what I knew and how best to support my new bike. Then spent time talking to my wife and daughters and then helped us with some primary guidance for a newer bike for one of my daughters. Silverdale's out of the way for us, but Adrian's service, attitude and kindness would make me drive out to Silverdale if we upgrade my kid's bike..
