Love the service at my local Trek in Silverdale! Other bicycle shops tend to feel rushed or hurried, but instead it is personable and relaxed at the Trek shop.
The installation of my new bike carrier was detailed and seamless.

I needed a very overdue tuneup on my ebike. Adain was very informative on what needed to be done and carefully listened to my concerns and experiences with the bike. He was very accurate with the turn around time and was great with follow through service and delivery. Fair prices, the ballpark I expected to pay for average service and this was better than what we've come to expect these days!

You can not find customer service like this anymore. My 9 year old has been saving his money all summer and wanted to purchase a new mountain bike. We walked in to the store and the gentleman helping us asked him what he wanted to use the bike for and got him measured and let him test ride the bikes. After he decided the one he wanted the employee helped him count his money and explained all of the charges. Absolute class act!! Can’t say enough good about this store. I was going to buy a specialized bike for myself but due to the excellent service I most likely will buy another Trek for myself.

OK, these guys are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond and really do an amazing job. I walked in to get a gravel bike and they knocked off a lot of money. I put down a down payment and then two days later before I paid it off, they told me they would take off another 500!!! These guys are just superstars. They had exactly what I was looking for and made sure it fit me just right!! Strongest possible recommendation. If you’re looking for any kind of bike, be it a gravel, road or mountain bike or even electric, stop by and see these folks they’re just amazing. Thank you trek bicycles Silverdale!!!
