Upgrading to full suspension MTB. Great experience with the team from reserving the bike I wanted to taking delivery of the bike. Reserved the bike online 30 mins after opening received call bike is ready went in had bike set up and helped conduct a test ride talked me through everything then giving plenty of times for myself to ask questions and helping me learn many things that is new to me about full suspension bikes helped set up bike exactly as I wanted gave recommendations and respected any questions or request made. Great team to work with on any bike purchases
