At first I was worried because their interface isn’t as customizable as some others I’ve seen, but their designers worked their magic behind the scenes to make some beautiful customizations to my wedding invitation suite. Once I approved the final proofs, everything processed, printed, and shipped shockingly quickly—I received my order in the US less than a week after I placed the order for their Australian production facility. My invitations are beautiful, and the paper is thick and high quality. Everything was also super affordable compared to other invitation sites I explored. I can’t recommend Paperlust enough and I will absolutely be using them again for other stationery!

Since placing an order with a company across seas can be daunting, we decided to order their sample box first to see what the materials felt like in hand. Long story short, we placed our order and were quickly assigned to the sweetest customer service team. Not only did they help answer questions via email regarding our design, they also verified that all details of our order were perfect before sending the drafts to production. We were notified once our order was complete and received our invitations in the mail within 72 hours. Paperlust had us approve the design prior to printing and happily accommodated our unique dimension requirements. The team was very detail-oriented and patiently accommodated all of our requests. When we received the save the dates we were not satisfied with the quality of some save the dates and reached out to the team. Paperlust immediately sent us new save the dates to replace the ones we weren’t satisfied with. The quality of their print was excellent and we were very happy with the final results. I originally ordered a couple of samples online and they were sent to us along with a number of other sample options. From these samples, we saw exactly what we wanted. The only issue was that there was a minimum order of 50, as they were foil stamped, so we had to order the full amount we required (80). They turned up and were perfect. The whole process was quite simple and the communication was quite good.
