Trek staff has always been fantastic. I wanted a tune up right before BRAN last year, and the bike shop that sold me my bike was booked solid. My dad recommended going in and getting the work done by Trek. I didn't even think about that since I didn't buy my bike there, and it's not a Trek brand.
But staff was welcoming and took care of me right there. I've since had my bike in several times for several maintenances and have had fantastic service every time. I've already recommended Trek to several of my friends, and will continue to recommend them.

Purchased a beautiful Radioactive red Top Fuel and had the best bike purchasing experience ever. Was taken care of from start to finish and Rob was great help setting up the bike to perfection. Every attention to detail was gone over and rode the bike a few days later with the absolute surprise of how well it was set up. I figured I would need to take a few minutes to go through the bike and set it up from clipless peddles, to the suspensions, etc. But that bike rode PERFECTLY out of the store and had a very memorable first ride on it.
Please go to this location and enjoy being taken care of the right way= everytime. They create a wonderful bike purchasing experience and give you the best package available in the market.
