Brought in my 20 year old Raleigh M50 Mountain Bike with a certainty that I may have to leave to get replacement for my front brake issue. Let me say the entire staff was very professional, accommodating and personable. In particular, Craig Prejean did a quick consult with me and I requested he also just give the bike a good lubrication on the gears/sprockets etc. He fixed the brake issue while I waited a very small time of 10-15 minutes as well as completing the lubrication and other checkups that I had not even asked for or expected. Top it all off the cost of the work was absolutely way less then I thought it was going to be. Fantastic experience and recommend this Trek Bicycle Shop and their awesome Techs to anyone who requires any kind of bicycle maintenance.
