I had a huge hole in my tire at the very end of the day. I was able to make it to the shop and even though they weren’t able to save my tire, they got me taken care of quickly, and at the best possible rate. If you’re in the Santa Clara/Sunnyvale area and you’re going anywhere else, you are doing it wrong.

These guys were helpful and friendly and didn't make me feel like they were taking advantage of me. They even brought an issue to my attention I was aware of but hadn't asked about because I thought it had already been taken care of by another car place I won't name here. I came here for a flat tire and the technician was courteous and helpful to check if my tire was repairable. After inspection, he told me that he couldn’t repair it and checked inventory. Unfortunately, there was none in inventory but they helped me to gather tire size information so I could contact other stores. We didn’t charge me anything!
