Seneca falls to Geneva and stopped by last year on a whim - David was kind enough to store our bikes while we ate pizza and we picked up some gear…had such a good experience we just went back again for some upgrades and a new bike. Never felt pressured and got an education and laughed a lot! Highly recommend them and prices were fair. Thanks!

I recently purchased a Trek Checkpoint 4 at another store, but it wasn't adjusted quite right. At that store, I didn't really have a positive customer service experience. Hoping for better support, I came here to the Geneva Trek store by recommendation of a friend. The customer service was outstanding! They adjusted the bike while I waited, they patiently answered all of my questions, and they genuinely made me feel comfortable and welcome. I look forward to coming here over the long term for tune-ups, repairs, and advice. Thank you

Trek Bicycle in Geneva is AWESOME! My friend and I were looking for a place to park our bikes while we got pizza, and David saw us in our puzzlement through the window and came out and said we could park them inside. After pizza, I decided to get a few things for my bike that had broken. David helped me to locate everything I needed plus a few extras I had thought of while I was there, and Jason put them all on my bike for me. I left feeling like I had a completely new bike. David and Jason are super nice, helpful, and will make sure you have a great experience!

I have owned 3 Trek bikes and have been very satisfied with all of them. They are well made, comfortable to ride and reliable. The Geneva staff is very knowledgeable about their products and they take the time to understand the customer’s needs in order to match them to the right bike. Service is always reliable and prompt. I always enjoy shopping at Geneva Bicycle Center.
