Called PC Home Repair when unable to boot-up a laptop. Colin discussed the problem and diagnosed a hard disk failure. He recommended and fitted a superior replacement disk, loaded up the latest OS and devised an approach to recover all of the user data from the failed drive. This was achieved within 3 hours of the inital call. Great service and great value. Highly recommend.
