Colin took my PC home and worked on it while we were on holidays. It was returned yesterday. It is just fantastic now. Working so quickly and efficiently. He uninstalled Windows 8 and installed Windows 10. I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to use this, but the way its set up it is so easy to use. Cant believe how quick it is.
