Colin was extremely helpful and I'm very grateful for his help. I rang him this morning and he was able to arrive at my home a few hours later. He discovered what the problem was with my PC and fixed it up, warning me there is the possibility of future issues that may occur because of the extended time my PC was suffering from this issue.
