They performed a very solid service on my Stumpjumper in preparation for the Evergreen MTB festival. The techs invested time discussing the service, tune-up and overall condition of my bike, which was appreciated. Definitely an awesome shop.

Quite possibly the best customer service I've received at any bike shop in my entire life! They love what they do and show genuine interest and excitement for you. Really welcome and inviting, no pressure to buy, just great vibes all around. This isn't the closest bike shop to me by any means but I absolutely will go out of my way to make it my main shop!

Called around looking for an 11 speed di2 derailluer. Renton, Kent, Tacoma nobody had 1 in stock.These guys did and I am appreciative of that. Very good customer service, will call them first next time. Thanks again.

Can’t imagine a better place to buy a bike. The staff and service are excellent. Bought a couple Trek Rail 7 bikes from them. One of the bikes had a very slight squeak from one of the brakes and the tech and manager would not let me have the bike until they fixed it
