Called around looking for an 11 speed di2 derailluer. Renton, Kent, Tacoma nobody had 1 in stock.These guys did and I am appreciative of that. Very good customer service, will call them first next time. Thanks again.

Can’t imagine a better place to buy a bike. The staff and service are excellent. Bought a couple Trek Rail 7 bikes from them. One of the bikes had a very slight squeak from one of the brakes and the tech and manager would not let me have the bike until they fixed it

The employees at the shop are always so kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. For me this meant using the right name and pronouns, which they were respectful of (I didn’t even need to ask). They are very knowledgeable about local biking trails and clubs, and I know I can always count on them for accurate answers! The turnaround time on repairs is also quick, usually about 24 hours.

I walked in a couple weeks ago and asked if they had tire changing classes. No they don’t but Jason offered to give me a lesson anytime. Went back today and spent an hour there. He not only showed me how to get the rear tire off and on and how to change the tire, but let me do it as well. Thank you so much! Jason couldn’t have been nicer.
