I liked the range & quality of cycling products that Trek offers & the people at the Cobble Hill store provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful & kind. I also appreciated the suggested training road ride maps the store had available. I especially want to thank Vernon, as he answered all my many questions & provided thoughtful insights that helped me figure out which clip-on shoes & additional accessories would work best for my cycling needs. Alex also did a fantastic job with the installation & gave me helpful tips on how to get used to using clip-on shoes for the first time. This is a great bike shop. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.

Great service!!! Quickly solved our bike problem and my grandson was able to have a wonderful rest of the day biking with his friends! I highly recommend Trek!! They are very reasonable and know what they are doing!!
