I bought my Slash 9.7 from Trek Ashmore a few months ago and overall I’ve been really happy with both the bike and the shop.
I did have a few initial issues with the bike, but the guys at Trek Ashmore have been great every time I’ve needed help and have always taken care of things without any hassle.
Any bike can have issues, and for me the important thing is how the shop handles them. Trek Ashmore have been excellent and have really stood behind what they sell.
The Slash itself is also a great bike and, despite the initial issues (which are now solved), its still the best descending bike I’ve ridden.
Really happy with the support from Trek Ashmore. I wouldn’t hesitate to get my next bike from them.

My dealings with the Trek Ashmore store related to the purchase of a Checkpoint SL6 gravel bike. This store offered the best price for the bike as well as some replacements parts. As things turned out, for some internal reason, the sale was transferred to Trek at Woolloongabba which suited me, as it is closer to home. Trek Woolloongabba honoured the deal offered by Trek Ashmore. All in all, I found Trek Ashmore very good to deal with, both in price and the efficiency of communications.

Bought the bike about a month ago. Took the bike in this morning with a puncture, honestly I’m a novice and learning ! Jans not only identitied the problem, but took me step by step how to get things sorted from checking the tyre for imperfections to showing me how to check for the area of the puncture. I was that chuffed with his honesty and knowledge and genuinely wanting to help without prejudice. 100%, if you are in be market for a bike it would be remiss not seeing this team. 10/10 from me….
