Hello Trek Southport, I want to buy a marlin 5 2022 from your shop. Is it available or when will it become available? Do you guys build the bikes at the store or do you just give the bike unfixed in a box to a customer?

I had to bring my electric bike in as it wasn't performing as it should have. Keith kept me up to date every step of the way as work progressed on my bike.
It is this kind of service that you won't/wouldn't get at many other bicycle shops in Australia.
So glad I decided to buy my Trek bicycle here. I cannot recommend the guys (Chris, Keith & others) at Trek Southport enough!

Just moved back to the Gold Coast. Was suggested by friends to head to Trek Southport. Was not disappointed with the service. Re-cabled my bike, new tyres and replaced the shifter hoods I had previously sourced. Go and see Chris to be well taken care of.

I had been looking for an e-bike for a few months and the Trek Allant 7 was on my shortlist.After visiting several bike stores and test riding several e-bikes I found that the Trek store in Southport was head & shoulders above any of the other stores I had been to. Chris looked after me in a courteous & professional manner and gave me the (correct) answers on any questions I had for him which was something I found wasn't always the case in other shops with so called "professional sales people". I never felt there was any time or sales pressure when I was in the shop which certainly wasn't the case in other e-bike shops I visited.All in all, if you want good advice for purchasing an bicycle, with professional service to match, Southport Trek is the store to go to. They also have their own servicing/repair/maintenance shop which adds up to the complete package for me. Cannot recommend the store and the guys highly enough!

Quality bikes. New models. Every time I go into the store the service is friendly, informative and does not push me for a sale. Being able to hire bikes for trial is also a big plus so I can try out the models I am interested in.
