Firstly, I was randomly looking into a bike shop around Gold Coast and Trek is one of my list. So the time comes I was already on the door at Trek southport a guy greeted me inside “ good morning, how you doing” so this was the conversation started and I replied good mate I was just browsing and at the same time looking for advice on which bike to have to ride at Nerang forest and then now he asked me what kind of riding do I do? I replied Im obviously a beginner trying to get into mountain biking and this guy Chris his name by the way, thoroughly explained and took his time and knowledge and share it to me the best way and to decide which bike to have in a certain area and my level of skills as beginner and as you progress , from that moment it open up my mind how important it is to know more about mountain biking. Sorry! I cant put it all here what he explained to me or else I could write a book, but to cut a long story short I was happy that Chris was able to help me on my decision and the extra useful knowledge he shared that day. Im one happy customer and the team at TREK southport are magnificent. And by the way I got the Trek Fuel ex7 2021 model I paid it all...and damn this bike made me ride like a pro

Hello Trek Southport, I want to buy a marlin 5 2022 from your shop. Is it available or when will it become available? Do you guys build the bikes at the store or do you just give the bike unfixed in a box to a customer?

I had to bring my electric bike in as it wasn't performing as it should have. Keith kept me up to date every step of the way as work progressed on my bike.
It is this kind of service that you won't/wouldn't get at many other bicycle shops in Australia.
So glad I decided to buy my Trek bicycle here. I cannot recommend the guys (Chris, Keith & others) at Trek Southport enough!
