I had been looking for an e-bike for a few months and the Trek Allant 7 was on my shortlist.After visiting several bike stores and test riding several e-bikes I found that the Trek store in Southport was head & shoulders above any of the other stores I had been to. Chris looked after me in a courteous & professional manner and gave me the (correct) answers on any questions I had for him which was something I found wasn't always the case in other shops with so called "professional sales people". I never felt there was any time or sales pressure when I was in the shop which certainly wasn't the case in other e-bike shops I visited.All in all, if you want good advice for purchasing an bicycle, with professional service to match, Southport Trek is the store to go to. They also have their own servicing/repair/maintenance shop which adds up to the complete package for me. Cannot recommend the store and the guys highly enough!
