Excellent service and team . I went in to look at a new bike after Treks opposition Giant told me my Giant could not be repaired and my best option was to buy a new $6k bike . The trek manager said to me that really sounds strange and if I like they would look at my TCR Giant which I appreciated .
$210 later the TCR was repaired and back on the road like new . At the expense to Trek of a potential sale . But wow guess where we buying all our future bikes from . Such integrity needs to be admired
