Chris Moore (Trek Bicycles Southport, Queensland) is pure joy to work with. He is approachable, knows his bike stuff and is not shy of giving his honest (and valuable) opinion.
Recently, Chris has given his time to help me out when my main bike developed an irreparable fault - and my frame wasn't even supplied by Trek. By helping me with my frame issue, he delivered customer service that moves the needle above and beyond the definition of great.
I can not overstate how helpful Chris has been, not only with regards to my faulty frame, but in every dealing I have had with Chris and the team at Trek Bicycles Southport. Trek Bicycles Southport is my trusted, go to bike retailer, and represents a local bike store I am happy to spend my money at (in preference to shopping online for the best deal with no customer service).

I arrived on the Gold Coast for the ITU World Championships Grand Final and needed some last minute adjustments to my bike settings. Chris was very obliging, dropped what he was doing and set me up on the trainer and reset my positioning. What's more he didn't even charge me for his time. Having been in the retail industry myself for 40 years, I think I would be qualified to say " Now that's what you call excellent customer service" I had a great race and a great ride.
