Great service. Broke a spoke on my 8month old Bontrager line30 elite carbon rear wheel. Took it in for the repair under the 2yr warranty. The team quickly fitted the repair in their schedule for the next day and it was ready by lunch time. Spoke replaced and wheel re-tensioned. No-charge. Ready to ride again and happy.
