Went there a few times this week before heading bikepacking to Tasmania and honestly, the service was amazing every time. The staff were really helpful and kind, much friendlier than their competitors next door. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at Trek Ashmore this morning, specifically with Brendan. He assisted us with selecting a toddler helmet and also provided service to attach training wheels and adjusting seat heights to a Trek bike we already owned.

I sent my sons Trek to Trek Bicycle Ashmore the other day and picked it up yesterday. I paid for a level 2 service and couldn't have been happier. My son goes pretty hard on this bike and it certainly needed a fair bit of attention. The bike came back to me in MINT condition. It rides beautifully once again and the best thing of all is the my son is all smiles and is stoked to be back on the trails with his mates. Thanks guys for the outstanding service.

My bucket list trip. Made the ride, 48kms, despite a pre trip service that failed on brakes and chain later that week. So I took Celeste to TREK@ ASHMORE. Repairs done effortlessly, great team, Thanks Richie and everyone working here.
FORGET THE OTHERS, THIS IS THE ONLY BIKE STORE I TRUST...NOW.

Picked up my Rail 5 today.
Ritchie and Nestor were very knowledgable and looked after me, which is why I have been buying Trek bikes since the mid 80’s. You can’t beat the quality and back up service which I have enjoyed from Trek all this time.
