Have purchased 3 bikes here and Grant, Steve and Roger have be fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a bike to see these guys first - knowledge, skill and service above anywhere else on the Coast.

Steve and the boys did a great job on my bike. Old fashion service and advice is not dead! Pricing was more than fair unlike some of the others with OTT pricing. I definitely recommend if you live on the northern end of the coast.

Bought a rear basket after shopping around - it was cheaper here than the other places I checked. The guy fitted the basket, adjusted my seat for me and inflated my tires all free of charge! Incredible service, thank you!

Had an amazing experience buying a new Trek road bike and got nothing but great service and awesome deals i almost wanted to say 'are you sure' with each deal or thing they through in. Didn't have the shoes i wanted in stock so they made sure i could get them at another location with no fuss at all. Stuart is the man to see about anything to do with cycling on the gold coast. Thanks guys.

If you're into bikes and all of the associated gear you can't really go wrong here. Top quality staff that are interested in your biking no matter how amateur you are. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Only the best stock and workmanship.

We had an issue with our Son's mountain bike where the rear derailleur impacted into a number of spokes causing damage. Whilst it was an entry level bike (lower quality parts) and the reason for the initial damage being undetermined we were happy with Trek Southport as they compromised on a solution that was reasonable. This service was a reason we choose Trek in the first instance and would be happy recommending Trek. My Son is working on weekends and hoping to purchase a more expensive better quality bike in the not too distant future and no doubt this outcome will ultimately play a part in his next Bike! Thanks Trek Southport.

I bought a bike on the 12th of October because the delivery period informed by the seller was for the end of October. I explained that I would be buying only because he was guaranteeing that the bike would arrive on that date. Because previously I had already had a problem with Giant, where I bought a bike with a 2 week arrival time and when that time expired, I received a message stating that the new delivery time would be 1 month. I informed him that I had canceled the purchase for this reason and therefore I would be looking for a reliable delivery time. However, after the deadline given by Trek, I contacted for information and was informed that there was a delay and that the bike would only arrive at the Christmas time. I would like to report that I was very well attended by the seller and I know that this situation is not his fault. However, I need to report here my disappointment regarding the lack of length of the information passed by Trek.

Extremely helpful staff and great bikes EDIT told one thing by a staff member then something different by another. 3 weeks to sort out a very poor quality back wheel on a $6500 bike. Finally get it back and the tube was put in twisted making the wheel wobble and no ferrules on the seat dropper cable and derailleur cable after a “service” as well as skipping gears. Note:I wasn’t charged for the service due to the back wheel debacle

By far the worst service.good lock if you will receive a call back and after handing my bike in still no solution not any effort to make this work. Just called HQ even they can't answer the phone,I mean what the actual F. If you want to waist your time go to Trek. I was told my hub was an aftermarket hub,so I walked 20meter over to 99bikes and a old trek employee told me that it is a Bontrager hub as he recognised the parts

Just visited the new trek shop at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. I want information on the new domain e bike and was the only person in the store. The sales person would get his head out of his computer and showed no interest it giving me any information, I been riding trek bikes for years and own a limited edition team bike which I love riding. Now getting all older and wait to buy an e bike. I am really upset by your lack of service. I now looking a specialised and the sales staff are extremely helpful. You say your company is very friendly and helpful and it’s a shame the show no interest in selling bikes,
