I bought a bike on the 12th of October because the delivery period informed by the seller was for the end of October. I explained that I would be buying only because he was guaranteeing that the bike would arrive on that date. Because previously I had already had a problem with Giant, where I bought a bike with a 2 week arrival time and when that time expired, I received a message stating that the new delivery time would be 1 month. I informed him that I had canceled the purchase for this reason and therefore I would be looking for a reliable delivery time. However, after the deadline given by Trek, I contacted for information and was informed that there was a delay and that the bike would only arrive at the Christmas time. I would like to report that I was very well attended by the seller and I know that this situation is not his fault. However, I need to report here my disappointment regarding the lack of length of the information passed by Trek.
