By far the worst service.good lock if you will receive a call back and after handing my bike in still no solution not any effort to make this work. Just called HQ even they can't answer the phone,I mean what the actual F. If you want to waist your time go to Trek. I was told my hub was an aftermarket hub,so I walked 20meter over to 99bikes and a old trek employee told me that it is a Bontrager hub as he recognised the parts

Just visited the new trek shop at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. I want information on the new domain e bike and was the only person in the store. The sales person would get his head out of his computer and showed no interest it giving me any information, I been riding trek bikes for years and own a limited edition team bike which I love riding. Now getting all older and wait to buy an e bike. I am really upset by your lack of service. I now looking a specialised and the sales staff are extremely helpful. You say your company is very friendly and helpful and it’s a shame the show no interest in selling bikes,

Just wanted to buy a bike today. Knew what I wanted, it was in stock, was ready to just buy but seems like that was all just a bit hard for the staff in the shop to cater to or show remote interest in. I hung around for quite a while too. Dissapointing

Awful shop with terrible staff who will try and rip you off. I cycled from Norway to New Zealand by bicycle and was unfortunately hit by a bus near here and my forks destroyed. I made the error of coming in here to ask for my bike to be repaired. Their price for repair was 750 dollars, with 300 of that being new forks. They also quoted me a long time to just get the forks, so I ordered them from the UK which took 3 days. When I told them I had the forks they said they would reduce their quote to 650 dollars... the kicker was that they also gave me a caveat that they wouldn't guarantee the integrity of the bike. So they wanted to charge me 200 bucks more than their original quote to fix a bike but wouldn't actually stand by their repairs! Luckily I found a bike shop around the corner which I charged me only 250 dollars for better parts (my shifters were broken in the crash too), and displayed a far greater knowledge of bikes than this bikes.
