When I was shopping for my own bike, they took the time to answer every question, walk me through different models, and never made me feel rushed. I felt like they truly wanted me to walk away with something that was the perfect fit for my needs—and I did. What really stood out, though, was the same exact level of patience and attention when we came back to buy bikes for my two kids.
