We saw Bates do our neighbors roof and noticed they did the job quickly and the roof looked so nice! So I scheduled the job a couple months out. They were on time, and they were efficient and did a wonderful job! The workers were so nice. They finished in 3 days and cleaned so good you couldn't even tell they had been there. I strongly recommend Bates for any Roofing job. They are honest efficient and very good people to work with! Worth every penny.

I highly recommend Bates Roofing! I recently purchased a home and I was convinced the roof needed to be replaced. Peter came out and was upfront about his findings and was honest about the things that were immediate concerns. He took a lot of pictures to show me what he found, and he took the time to educate me on why he made the recommendations that he did. I chose to go with the repairs to address the immediate concerns, and I will definitely be back when I am ready to replace my roof!

We had our large L shaped carport roofed by Bates Roofing last fall and are extremely pleased with their work. It took 2 days to apply plywood and TPO.
The material is light colored and reflects the sun, keeping the adjoining area cooler.

Names are important an on my post I miss spelled Zach's name. He's too awesome to not get it corrected. It isn't easy to find the right people when it comes to home improvement, but the sales person (Zach) from Bates Roofing made my choice comfortable and easy. His expertise and suggestions were what sold my in using Bates. And the overall experience has been excellent. Zach even did a follow up and looked to make sure the gutters installed met my satisfaction and that they looked ok. Over and above support. Thank you for the new roof and gutters. I will recommend Bates to anyone needing a new roof.

I was searching for a local roofing contractor that knew what they were doing and wouldn’t cut corners. I asked them about flashing, valleys, vents, and other details that I was worried about. They always answered my questions, so eventually I went with them and I’m glad I did.
I went with the IKO Cambridge in Charcoal Gray and it looks great with the black flashing. The two-man crew that came out to install the roofing were quick, efficient, and hard working.
I hope I don’t have to purchase another roof in the upcoming years, but if I did I would most definitely use Bates Roofing again!

You will not find many owners out there like Tom Bates. He is kind and compassionate and leads his people with integrity. We recently had a new roof installed by Bates Roofing and were very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of the crew assigned to our project. The weather was terrible and the crew went out of their way to make sure everything stayed dry on days they were unable to work due to weather. They were very knowledgeable and considerate and took the time to make sure our yard was free from debris every day. We highly recommend Bates Roofing and plan to have them replace our shop roof next month!
