We had an amazing experience with Bates Roofing. We were able to get a new roof done at a great price, quick turn around time, and terrific clean up! They were on time and very efficient. They cleaned up daily and took extra precautions to make sure our pool was covered so no debri fell in. They did a very thorough final clean with a metal detector/grabber to make sure no nails or anything was left in our yard. They had incredible communication from the office, sales team, and on site crew. We recommended them to our neighbors and now there are several who have also had their roof done. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and problem solving. As a Principal in an architecture firm, I worked with Bates Roofing on an Early Learning Center roofing project. When it came time to work on a personal waterfront property re-roof, I immediately wanted to use Bates Roofing. Our project involved water damage and adding curbs to an atrium, as well as new chimney caps, in addition to reroofing the house. Thought was taken on Bates' part to provide recommendations in an environment close to saltwater for longevity of the items they installed. A few of our neighbors got new roofs so i decided to get a quote for future knowledge since our 22 yr old roof looked good. I was impressed with Bates and our neighbors roofs looked so good and the price was right so we decided to get it done and I’m so glad we did! We had some dry rot issues on the body of the house as well as on the porch! If you’re on the fence, just do it you won’t be sorry!
Bates was just great to deal with. The communication was awesome. They were very professional and made it as easy as possible with 4 dogs and a baby in the house. It was done fast and the clean up was excellent. I really appreciate that and recommend this company!
