I was not 100% sure what bike I was in the market for. Mark listened to my needs and pointing me in the right direction. After test riding a few options I placed my order. Once it arrived Ryan assisted me in picking out the accessories I needed and gave me his honest opinion on accessories I didn't need. They were not pushy and did not try to up sell. I would recommend and I will go back.

I am a returning customer, and was again extremely satisfied. Super friendly and fast service provided by very knowledgeable staff. Very honest customer service and made sure that we were satisfied with our options. My son's 2nd TREK, and only replaced due to outgrowing his 1st TREK. High quality bikes and accessories, and we highly recommend TREKof Pottstown, and TREK overall. My son has already influenced about 6 of his friends to enjoy TREK bikes.

And let me tell you; you are by far the best sales manager I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. And I have bought many bikes over the 34 years I have been an active mountain biker. You immediately developed rapport and connected with my needs and preferences; extremely patient and knowledgeable. You anticipated my concerns and you were honest in response to my many questions. I liked how you provided me with information about how to maintain and operate the bike by "chunking" the instructions (rather than overwhelming me with a bunch of information all at once.)
